HaggleX was an established brand and I was contracted to re-imagine their User Experience, solving for Ease of Use, Aesthetics, Security and Error Prevention. Designing for an existing user base is tricky and the biggest challenge was balancing stakeholder expectations, business requirements and actual user needs.
The Core was the mobile application, and secondarily I designed the Back Office Web App for monitoring OTC and P2P activities. For this project I created my own style guide while obeying the existing brand guidelines and a light weight component library was more than enough to get the job done from design to implementation in 3months.
This project tested my ability to deliver quality work fast without compromising quality. I discovered all the important ingredients required to quickly overhaul existing applications with an angry and impatient userbase.
