This project was robust and I was responsible for crafting an exciting experience out of an existing brand/application in Sterling Bank. The requirements were clear and the target audience was obvious but the challenge was to design a scalable application that maintains the same usabilty across mobile and web use cases.
The design language was made vibrant to cater to a younger demographic and compete with other apps in the industry, and at the same time it was minimal, concise and lightweight to show the older demographic we meant serious business. The timespan of this project included a lot of stakeholder meetings, user interviews with lots and lots of iterations to ensure whats is being designed solves the specific pain points of cross border banking.
I contributed to all design aspects of the project, including marketing and communcations graphics, pitch decks and user manuals.
